He definitely kept us in the loop by sending over clips to compare different footage, and the turn around time was much faster than we expected. I just dropped off another box of tapes and he's already been in contact showing me the process. While all these aspects have been wonderful, what I'm most impressed with is Chad's willingness to explain things to us. He breaks it down so it's simple and has been very honest. He even took the time to explain some of the digitizing process/equipment we could do at home for more basic things. Five stars!
